The Manager, Digital Site Content, will be responsible for developing and executing content plans for RalphLauren.com specifically for Men’s Polo. S/he will be play a vital role in role in partnering with cross-functional teams in defining the site strategies to support the business objectives. S/he works as a highly cross functioning team player across numerous internal stakeholders, utilizing an evolved analytical capability to drive object recommendation and decision making.

The Manager, Digital Site Content, will be responsible for developing and executing content plans for RalphLauren.com specifically for Men’s Polo. - Drive the global site content strategy for Men’s Polo, based on customer insights, business trends and company priorities.
- Create and manage seasonal Project Briefs (e.g. wireframes, content maps, etc.) working in conjunction with the project management team
- Develop the overall site calendar based on merchandising and brand objectives, leveraging past results and campaign objectives within assigned capacity
- Define KPIs, collect results, analyze performance, develop key actions and communicate results to cross-functional teams, including design and global/regional driving the creation of dynamic content and customer optimized experiences that deliver results.
- Collaborate with corporate partners on the execution of merchandising, branding and marketing initiatives
- Serves as the main digital liaison for RL Advertising shoots, providing online shot list needs and ownership
- Partner with internal team to ensure teams, including project management, creative, product and more stay true to and align with the project objectives and goals
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Capability to consider multiple angles in producing recommendations, balancing brand engagement against immediate financial impact
- Strong analytical background and proven record of making metric driven business decisions within an online business
- Demonstrated teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
- Digital and/or brand marketing experience
- Ability to work with key deadlines, think strategically/creatively to solve problems
- High energy and enthusiasm and ability to succeed in a dynamic work environment
- Skilled experience in Powerpoint and other Microsoft applications, Airtable, Content Square and Adobe Analytics and strong aptitude to learn new programs. Jira experience.
