Manager, Regional Sales (Central)

Job Description

Responsible for driving sales results, managing and motivating the Territory Sales Managers (TSM) in relevant region to ensure achievement of quarterly/annual sales objectives and goals.

  • Overall sales management for the applicable region
  • Develop and direct regional business plans that are consistent with annual goals, company strategies and ensure customer expectations
  • Provide market feedback, competitive activities, product issues and strategies to management
  • Interview, hire, train, motivate and develop TSMs within the region
  • Execute product launch strategies and account targeting in the region
  • Establish territory revenue goals; provide individual account planning to TSM

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, presentation and problem solving skills
  • Well organized, with strong team building abilities
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents
  • Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 7-10 years medical device sales experience
  • Minimum 3-6 years managerial experience
