Responsible for driving sales results, managing and motivating the Territory Sales Managers (TSM) in relevant region to ensure achievement of quarterly/annual sales objectives and goals.
Overall sales management for the applicable region
Develop and direct regional business plans that are consistent with annual goals, company strategies and ensure customer expectations
Provide market feedback, competitive activities, product issues and strategies to management
Interview, hire, train, motivate and develop TSMs within the region
Execute product launch strategies and account targeting in the region
Establish territory revenue goals; provide individual account planning to TSM
Qualifications
Excellent communication, presentation and problem solving skills
Well organized, with strong team building abilities
Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents
Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Minimum 7-10 years medical device sales experience
Minimum 3-6 years managerial experience
