HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Manager of Acute Rehab Services to fill an opening with a hospital in Miami, FL.
Daily Responsibilities for Manager of Acute Rehab Services:
Lead and manage a comprehensive rehabilitation program, overseeing all aspects from program development and staff training to quality assurance and issue resolution.
Ensure budget compliance, explore strategies to increase reimbursement, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Shift: M-F, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Required Manager of Acute Rehab Services:
Bachelor’s Degree Required
One of these licensures:
Occupational Therapist
Physical Therapist
Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist
Speech-Language Pathologist
BLS
4+ years of supervisory experience
