Manages integrated marketing campaigns focused on building brand awareness and driving member acquisition, both off-line and on-line, including but not limited to: advertising, direct mail, paid search, remarketing, paid social and community marketing.
Leads day-to-day management of direct mail campaigns including contact strategy, list plan, creative, reviews, test plan and landing pages, in partnership with agency
Leads day-to-day management of digital media campaigns including paid search, display & remarketing and paid social campaign stragies, creative, reviews, test plans and landing pages, in partnership with agency
Responsible for ensuring legal & compliance alignment and approvals including external regulatory.
Develops marketing brief and direction for copy and design of new marketing campaigns & assets.
Institutes a process efficiency mindset and Identifies ways to scale our work.
Manages ongoing and annual website & landing page updates for health plan marketing.
Partners with the Sales team on the development of marketing tools & materials, and in support of field, broker and provider activities, including fliers, brochures, PPTs, posters as required.
Monitors and reports the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns and activities, including comprehensive annual reports & analyses, partners with Sales Ops and Business Intelligence teams to ensure are resolved efficiently.
Manages budget, PO & invoicing process and monitors expenses against budget throughout year.
Collaborates with outside vendors, including marketing agencies and consultants and works closely with department colleagues to ensure effectiveness of all marketing activities.
Acts as the keeper of best practices and learnings, and makes recommendations based on those
Maintains up-to-date understanding of marketplace competition, especially key competitors’ sales and marketing activities.
Participates in special projects, as required.
