Manager, FP&A (CRE)

Manager, FP&A | PE-backed Owner/Operator | Dallas

We are working with a leading PE-backed developer/owner/operator of CRE infrastructure that is looking for a Manager (or Senior Manager) to join their fast-paced FP&A team, which plays a key role in driving strategic execution across the firm’s multibillion-dollar portfolio of diversified real estate holdings (US and international).

This is a high-visibility role that will focus on long-range planning, corporate modeling, proformas for potential M&A, performance analysis, etc. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be both polished and technical, as the position involves executive/investor-level interface, as well as complex financial analysis and modelling.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, RE, or a related field, from a top-tier university
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, forecasting, modeling, etc., ideally in an institutional setting (IB, PE, asset management, or Big Four consulting)
• Exposure to visualization/presentation tools (Power Point, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
