Position Overview
Title: Manager, Consumer Logistics
Location: Remote (East or Central Coast preferred)
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year
What You'll Do
End-to-End Order Management: Ensure seamless processing, accurate fulfillment, and timely delivery of customer orders.
Collaborative Leadership: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Supply Chain teams to achieve shared goals and exceed expectations.
Expert Logistics Management: Apply your deep understanding of logistics to foresee challenges and implement proactive solutions.
Strategic Decision-Making: Drive continuous improvement through thoughtful analysis and decisive action.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. Equivalent experience in customer logistics or supply chain roles considered.
What You Bring
Industry Experience: Background in CPG, Medical Devices, or Pharmaceutical industries preferred.
Analytical Skills: Ability to use BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for data-driven insights.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to inspire teams and foster collaboration.
Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Adaptability: Thrive in dynamic environments and drive efficiency through innovation.
Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10%).
