Responsibilities
Order Lifecycle Oversight: Ensure orders are processed promptly, fulfilled accurately, and delivered on schedule while upholding quality standards.
Collaboration Across Teams: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Supply Chain teams to seamlessly execute customer orders aligned with company goals.
Logistics Strategy: Apply your expertise to anticipate and address potential issues, making informed decisions that enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.
Continuous Improvement: Drive strategic initiatives that promote operational excellence and customer satisfaction, leveraging data-driven insights.
Qualifications
Education: A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
Experience: Background in CPG, Medical Devices, or Pharmaceutical industries is advantageous, with expertise in logistics, supply planning, or operations management.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in utilizing BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Data Studio) to drive decision-making and process improvements.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to inspire teams and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
