What You’ll Be Doing
Overseeing research projects involving human subjects, clinical sites, and biospecimen collection.
Managing study timelines, vendor deliverables, and budgets.
Developing and presenting project plans, reports, and study documents.
Leading study-specific meetings and managing study agreements.
Ensuring audit-ready documentation and preparing regulatory submissions.
About You
Bachelor’s Degree (BA, BS) in scientific or health care discipline preferred.
10 yrs of progressive experience pharmaceutical, biotech, academic site, or CRO related/oncology research operations management experience, including study site management.
Proficient in ICH GCP Guidelines and project management tools.
Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communicator and team player, ready to fill functional gaps.
