Manager, Capital Markets | PE-backed Owner/Operator | Dallas
We are working with a leading PE-backed developer/owner/operator of CRE infrastructure that is actively seeking a Manager to join their fast-paced Capital Markets team, and support growth across their multibillion-dollar portfolio of diversified real estate holdings (US and international).
This is a high-visibility role that will cover everything from underwriting financing packages, debt covenant compliance/reporting, and BI, to investor relations, and assisting on the evaluation and execution of new financing alternatives.
Our client is an industry leader that continues to raise capital, deploy capital, and outperform its peers year-over-year, and this would be an opportunity to be a part of that growth.
Experience:
BS/BA in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or related major, from top-tier university
5+ years of financial analysis, RE mortgage financing, capital markets issuance, or related experience, ideally on the principal side, with an institutional CRE investor
Experience with institutional debt, construction financing, and international deal structuring is preferred
