What You’ll Do

As the Manager of Power Networks, you will lead a team of professionals, providing guidance and mentorship while managing complex projects related to power system analysis and electrical power systems. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, understanding their needs, and providing high-value consulting services. You will drive business results, ensuring that our projects meet client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct and oversee power system analysis to ensure efficient and reliable network operations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers and consultants, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Provide consultancy services to clients, addressing their specific power network needs and challenges.
  • Achieve business results by ensuring project milestones are met and client satisfaction is maintained.
  • Collaborate with clients, actively listening to their concerns and offering tailored solutions.
  • Promote a customer service mindset within the team, ensuring high levels of client focus and satisfaction.

We Offer:

PSC is committed to the principle of pay equity – paying employees equitably for substantially similar work. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type and years of experience within the industry, education, training, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At PSC it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $145,000 to $190,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in our profit share program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. U.S.-based employees have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S.-based employees also receive, per calendar year, 10 scheduled paid holidays, and 10 days of sick leave. Additionally, regular full-time employees accrue up to 15 days of paid vacation.
