Kforce in Tampa, Florida is looking for Management Consultants. Qualified candidates will be analyzing, recommending and coordinating project management of medical device modernization across multiple teams aligning all project teams to a shared mission and vision for the project; Analyzing strategic and operating problems identified within the programs using PMI, Risk Management, MS Project, Sprint Planning, Asana, Jira Script, and Agile; Collaborating and guiding the Executive Team to scope out each business objective with their core teams based upon comprehensive features and user stories; Analyzing the program's Sprint planning, feature and background grooming, user story grooming, retrospective sessions and accomplishments within the program; Developing cost-benefit analysis for features identified by the Executive Teams that they would like to incorporate into the project; Creating and reporting status utilizing various dashboards; Recommending the allocation of resources across multiple projects based upon the status and success being demonstrated within the projects; Defining project governance policies; Driving Sprint estimation resourcing, burned down and velocity metrics; Consulting on risk management and mitigation plans, including a review of resources and missed deadlines; Developing managements reports and recommendations based upon the results of analyses conducted throughout the project life cycle; and recommending to the Executive Team new systems and processes to improve the company's operations and the patients' experiences. Salary: $50.00 to $90.00/hr.
Requirements
Requirements: Three years' experience in position or three years' experience in Management Consulting field. Special requirements: Experience with PMI, Risk Management, MS Project, Sprint Planning, Asana, Jira Script, and Agile. Travel to various unanticipated client sites in US required. The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
