CRi, a non-profit, is looking to add another Maintenance Technician to our team of 4 to perform repair and maintenance work for group homes scatter in Northern Virginia.
Must have 2 years of experience in Electrical, Plumbing, Drywall, Painting, and Appliance Repair.
Must have a valid driver's license.
This is a full time position with some on-call needs as emergencies arise. Work requires heavy lifting at times.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm (40hrs, full time)
Compensation: $25/hr
Location: Maintenance office located in Falls Church & various locations supported throughout Northern VA

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Electrical, Plumbing, Drywall, Painting, and Appliance Repair.
Preferred Qualifications
CFC Certification
Physical Demands
Must be able to do occasional heavy lifting (100 lbs).
Construction work, lifting, moving.
Able to climb ladders.

Residential programs; various locations throughout Northern VA
