Portico has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR for our apartment community, Skyline at Kessler in Dallas, TX!
The Successful Candidate Should Have The Following Requirements
a minimum of 3-5 years general maintenance experience
EPA certification and be willing to take calls after hours
A strong background in leading a maintenance team and overseeing the overall maintenance of the community
A customer-focused attitude and be a supportive team player
The ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, major appliances, pool and spa equipment, and other systems in operation at the community
Previous experience with water source heat pump maintenance/repair
