Maintenance Mechanic

The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of machinery to ensure continuous and efficient production. This role involves performing scheduled preventive maintenance, diagnosing and resolving equipment issues, and collaborating with production teams to minimize downtime.


This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude, technical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.


  • Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on molding machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Inspect and lubricate components, change filters, and replace worn or damaged parts as needed.
  • Perform mold changes and set-ups when necessary.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues.
  • Respond promptly to production line breakdowns to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance personnel and engineers to identify and address recurring problems.
  • Perform repairs and replacements of defective or worn components, such as motors, pumps, sensors, and valves.
  • Weld, fabricate, or machine parts when necessary.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed during repair work.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to work hands on with production, bottling and machining equipment is required


Salary: $35hr based on experience
