Maintenance Manager

The Judge Group has partnered with a leading industrial manufacturer to identify a Maintenance Manager to lead their entire Maintenance Program in their plant just West of Dallas. The role will be extremely visible, as our client is targeting someone who can lead their facility through a TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) implementation. There will be additional opportunity to lead other facilities through similar implementation & training as well.

Basic Responsibilities:

• Leads equipment installation, start-up and maintenance for the entire plant
• Oversight/Management responsibility for a team of mechanics
• Perform routine tasks such as greasing bearings, changing belts, changing oil, performing inspections, cleaning equipment, etc to maintain equipment reliability
• Identify complex electrical, mechanical and pneumatic problems on production machinery and facility equipment.
• Managing outside contractors to complete large scale projects in the plant such as lighting repairs, new equipment installations, facility upkeep and upgrades, etc.

Requirements & Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree, Engineering preferred
• Experience & noted successes in leading a facility through TPM Implementation
• Experience leading a Maintenance Program in an industrial manufacturing setting
