Seeking a Maintenance Manager for an exciting position in Pasadena, TX. This leading organization is seeking a strong leader to oversee the maintenance and reliability processes at this location.

Responsibilities for the Maintenance Manager include;

  • Managing maintenance department staff and activities
  • Evaluating employee performance, coaching, and mentoring maintenance staff
  • Ensuring all safety rules and procedures are enforced
  • Developing and implementing preventive maintenance program
  • Leading maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with Process Safety Management program and mechanical integrity

Requirements for the Maintenance Manager include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • Related experience in maintenance leadership
  • Proven predictive/preventive maintenance experience with rotating equipment
  • Experience leading a maintenance department that includes pipefitters, mechanics, electricians, and technicians preferred
  • Proficient in SAP and PSM preferred
  • Excellent communication and team building skills
