Qualifications
Prior experience in maintenance and repair work
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Certifications in relevant maintenance fields are a plus
