HotFoot Recruiters is excited to partner with a leading machinery industry company to fill the position of Sales Manager. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets, with a focus on telescopic forklifts and small harbor cranes.

Pay Range: Base pay + Commission DOE
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Identify market trends and customer needs to drive sales growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
Monitor and report on sales performance and market conditions
Creating a book of business in the US to sell telescopic forklifts and small harbor cranes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or related field
3+ years of sales experience in the telehandler industry or similar machinery industry
MUST have sold telehandler before
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
