Role Purpose:

As we continue to supercharge our presence in the US and revolutionise the HCM and Accounting market, we are looking for an M&A Integration Director to lead on cross-functional integration projects with our newest acquisitions to ensure all relevant tasks are completed and valuation creation initiatives are realized. Stakeholder groups include the acquired business teams, internal operational teams, HR, tax, legal, finance, facilities, product, sales, marketing and communications.

What you’ll be doing:

• Work with acquisition sponsors and Corporate Development to build out integration strategy and plan.
• Support multiple functional integration workstreams simultaneously.
• Organize and support projects during diligence and integration to ensure deal objectives are being realized.
• Define, track, and communicate appropriate performance measurements to project team and stakeholders.
• Work with business and functional teams to execute ad-hoc projects agreed as part of integration.
• Communicate project priorities and set project task priority for related teams.
• Prepare appropriate documentation to close out projects and facilitate effective hand-offs.
• Lead initiatives for IRIS's integration processes continuous improvement.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.
• Drive our ‘Value Creation Plans’ that are identified during the acquisition process, and work with relevant stakeholders to execute and deliver the plans.
