Job Description
Are you ready to make a difference in the world of logistics? We are seeking a skilled Logistics Analyst to join our team. If you thrive on ensuring purchasing processes run smoothly and excel in customer service, this could be your ideal role.
This position offers flexibility, allowing you to work both at our pet-friendly office and remotely from home. As a core member of our Supply Chain team, you'll handle purchase order processing, coordinate with third-party warehouse partners, and engage in collaborative projects with our Inventory Planner. Effective communication with stakeholders and maintaining meticulous attention to detail are essential in this role.
Responsibilities
Process purchase orders from receipt to delivery confirmation
Coordinate fulfillment instructions with third-party warehouse partners
Assist in managing inventory upon arrival at third-party logistics providers
Document discrepancies in 3PL performance compared to expectations
Participate in 3PL service meetings and collaborate with the Finance team on financial topics
Reconcile factory purchase orders and manage container receipts
Generate packing lists and prioritize load orders
Troubleshoot order processes and communicate shortages effectively
Provide regular updates to Weruva sales personnel on order status
Prepare and deliver reports as requested
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered
2+ years' experience in third-party warehousing and logistics coordination
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite applications
Exceptional attention to detail and consistently accurate work output
Clear communication skills for internal and external interactions with a strong customer focus
Ability to follow processes ensuring compatibility with audit trail requirements
Outgoing, self-motivated, and collaborative personality with the ability to adapt to changing directives

Physical Demands
This role primarily involves professional workstation activities with occasional lifting of approximately 20 pounds (e.g., banker's boxes).

You'll work primarily in a business office environment that includes companion animals. Partial remote work from home is also available.
