Job Title: Logistics Warehousing and Distribution After-Sales Management (Assistant Manager ~ Manager)

Job Type: Full-time

Job location: US HQ located in Englewood Cliffs, NJ

Reports to: US Warehouse & Distribution Operations Director



Job Summary

As Logistics Warehousing and Distribution After-Sales Management members, an applicant needs to show ability to manage warehousing and distribution logistics services and become face of the company.



Job Responsibilities

  • Business Implementation Coordination
  • Internal business process set-up with operations team
  • IT Interface setting support
  • Update and maintain SOP (Standard Operation Procedure)
  • Maintain and update contract and rate table
  • Business Review support (Analysis, monitoring and evaluation of the customer’s KPIs)
  • Develop and propose contingency plan during emergency, critical operational irregularity, and pro-active Communication
  • Attending customer meeting or conference call & trouble shooting
  • Billing Audit
  • Ad-Hoc quotation
  • Other tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time


Requirements

  • Warehousing/transportation logistics knowledge with a minimum 7 years of logistics industry experience
  • Excellent knowledge of logistics including warehousing and transportation
  • Customer centric & pro-activeness mind set
  • Proficient with Microsoft and other computer programs
  • Strong inter-personal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently


Work location

  • HQ located in Englewood Cliffs, NJ
  • domestic travels as needed
