Join a dynamic team as a Loan Partner / Pre-approval Manager where you'll play a pivotal role in our streamlined loan process. As the first point of contact for borrowers, you'll handle loan applications, gather necessary documentation, and ensure smooth pre-approval processes. This role demands professionalism and excellent communication skills to engage effectively with home loan applicants and referral partners.
Key Responsibilities
Loan Application and Pre-approval:
Engage with borrowers to collect and review loan applications.
Request and verify required documentation for loan pre-approvals.
Collaborate closely with loan officers to facilitate borrower consultations.
Management Of Pre-approved Loans
Oversee pre-approved loans from application submission to underwriting.
Act as the primary contact for borrowers during their home search, addressing inquiries about payments and closing costs.
Provide timely updates and revised pre-approval letters to buyers and their agents.
CRM Management
Maintain accurate records in our CRM from initial contact through pre-approval.
Log all communications and update team members on client status and loan stages.
