Job Description – Life Sciences Digital Strategist
We are seeking a talented Life Sciences Digital Strategist to join our dynamic team, focusing on the Commercial function within the Life Sciences sector. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of expertise in digital marketing, technology solutions, and industry knowledge, enabling them to develop and implement innovative digital strategies that drive business outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Joint responsibility for account growth working with the client partner. Develop and nurture opportunities and provide support to win those opportunities.
* Collaborate with Life Sciences clients to understand their commercial objectives, market dynamics, and customer needs, leveraging digital solutions to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
* Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities within the Life Sciences industry, with focus on Omnichannel, Digital Marketing, and Commercial processes.
* Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to identify opportunities for digital innovation and develop integrated solutions that align with client objectives and business priorities.
* Work with healthcare and life sciences clients to assess current state digital landscape and provide actionable recommendations while adhering to compliance and regulations.
• Assess current state processes and provide recommendations to optimize ways of working, marketing technology platforms and data platforms for clients to help drive personalized marketing initiatives.
• Create and execute omni-channel use cases and campaigns that align to the patient journey
• Build implementation plans and roadmaps to achieve marketing goals based on requirements and align to strategic initiatives.
• Leader of omnichannel capabilities + solutions and Next Best Action SME.
* Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, maintaining a deep understanding of digital marketing best practices and regulatory requirements within the Life Sciences sector.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership on digital transformation initiatives, customer engagement strategies, and technology solutions.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on the Life Sciences industry and commercial functions.
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that drive business results, preferably within an IT services or consulting environment.
* Strong understanding of Life Sciences commercial processes, regulatory landscape, and customer journey dynamics, with the ability to translate business requirements into digital solutions.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including marketing automation software, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
* Strategic mindset with a customer-centric approach, combined with a passion for innovation and driving digital transformation.
