As a Legal Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top legal talent for our clients. You will leverage your industry knowledge and recruiting expertise to find candidates who not only have the right experience but also align with the cultural values and long-term goals of our clients.


This role is a unique opportunity to be a part of a new business division within an established brand. The Legal Recruiter will work closely with Executive Leadership and have growth opportunities based on the success of their work.


What You’ll Do as a Legal Recruiter:

  • Manage the recruitment process for attorney and paralegal job orders, including job posting, robust candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Work closely with the Account Manager to ensure a thorough understanding of role requirements, client culture, and market conditions.
  • Keep accurate records of all candidate communications in our ATS (Loxo).
  • Conduct reference checks for all candidates at the screening stage.
  • Ensure the candidate experience exceeds industry standards by being prompt, compassionate, insightful, and always following through.
  • Foster strong and lasting relationships with candidates in the legal industry.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and conduct thorough research on clients and candidates.


You’ll Succeed as a Legal Recruiter if You Have:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a legal recruiter, either in-house or agency.
  • Strong understanding of the legal industry and its unique recruiting challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Proven experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools and databases such as ZoomInfo and Hunter.
  • A deep understanding of any applicant tracking software (we use Loxo).
  • Dedication to mastering your craft and achieving your goals, whatever they may be.
  • Diligence and enthusiasm; you appreciate quality and deliver it daily.

Compensation: Base salary of $50,000 + 10% commission (total compensation of $75,000 - $145,000 in year 1)
