Work as part of a team of administrative professionals to support executives with various calendaring needs, scheduling meetings and booking travel arrangements
Organize travel arrangements for domestic and international travel - ensuring the accuracy of Covid travel guidelines, visas, customs documents, and other necessary travel paperwork
Create documents, presentations, reports, and other materials as requested
Serve as a gatekeeper answering phones and taking messages
Update business contacts within the internal database
Organize on-site and off-site meetings, as well as virtual meetings
Qualifications
3+ years of administrative experience within finance or professional services
Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent ability to multi-task
