Job Description – Leasing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual with experience in leasing or property management to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be a self-starter, and be capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently. This individual will be responsible for one of our Senior Apartment Communities.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones
• Checking messages
• Resident follow up from phone messages
• Greeting prospects or residents
• Tour prospective prospects & market property
• Manages Wait List Applications and communications
• Process new applications, build applicant file, collect application documents, prepare welcome packets
• Conduct Lease Signings with residents and welcome them to community
• Schedules a move-in and move-outs with residents
• Write up Maintenance Work Orders
• Manage Social Media
• Manages Marketing and Advertising
• Making sure club house/bathroom/offices look crisp & clean
• Posting resident notifications as needed
• Assist in managing community events
• Assist in lease documents/organization of files
• Assist in rent collection and work orders
• Maintain relationships with residents in the community
  
  

Key Job Functions

• Ensure that that all prospects, residents and family members have positive interactions
• Responsible for filling vacancies, processing new applicants, filling waitlist
• Assist Property Manager in rent collections, occupancy expectations, and turn over guidelines
• Responsible for marketing, social media and property Advertising
• Assist in Resident Activities and Community Events Calendar
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Minimum of 1 year experience in leasing or property management
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong technical skills
• Quick learner to new platforms and online software
• Excellent organization skills, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail
