You will collaborate closely with both internal teams and clients to craft strategic learning solutions for biotech and pharmaceutical industries. You'll play a pivotal role in managing projects, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality, innovative learning programs that align with client needs and project scopes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project tasks and timelines, coordinating resources effectively to deliver high-quality, on-time solutions within budget.
Conduct client interviews to understand challenges and business goals, informing strategic deliverables.
Develop project kick-off decks, status updates, executive summaries, and document client meetings.
Create detailed design documents outlining learner-centric solutions, from workshops to long-term learning plans.
Produce learning solution deliverables such as slides, scenarios, facilitator notes, and digital modules using instructional design principles.
Articulate the value of our learning strategies and design choices to clients.
Support multiple project work streams and deliverables simultaneously.
Build strong relationships with internal and client teams.
Ensure rigorous quality review of deliverables before submission.
Manage client requests and global changes to ensure consistency across program deliverables.
Facilitate legal, medical, and regulatory review processes for all deliverables.
Required Experience And Skills
Support additional internal and client initiatives as required.
Bachelor's degree required.
2+ years in management consulting within life sciences or related fields (e.g., learning, commercial effectiveness, medical excellence, HR, organizational transformation).
3+ years of project management experience, adept at managing multiple work plans.
Strong business acumen in pharmaceuticals, including commercial, marketing, market access, and medical affairs (preferred).
Experience with learning projects or a keen interest in learning and organizational transformation.
Proven ability to translate vision into actionable deliverables.
Highly motivated with a growth mindset and a sense of urgency in goal achievement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (required); experience with Apple Mac laptops preferred.

This position is currently 100% remote with occasional travel to client sites, conferences, and team events (~25% travel anticipated). Ideally, candidates will be based in PA, NJ, NY, MA, DE, or surrounding areas.
