In partnership with the Manager, Learning & Development, this role will provide direct support in developing talent based on current and future business objectives. This role will design training programs to ensure the current skills remain within the organization.
Responsibilities
Talent Development
- Design and organize training programs to support professional development and to ensure organizational capability to meet business needs
- Design learning solutions for online learning modules, training manuals and course materials that are effective, efficient and creative
- Develop training evaluations and assessments and follows up to determine and report on training effectiveness
- Design and develop learning solutions for job aids, resource guides, web-based training/e-learning, instructor-led training (ILT), and virtual instructor-led training (vILT)
- Partner with our HR Partners to identify and close gaps with effective training modules to deploy to key business stakeholders
- Own our Learning Management System; ensure it enables a smooth, positive learner experience and provides reporting, metrics, and insights to understand learning patterns, to steer learning offerings and to measure the impact of our learning investments
- Implement a comprehensive internal communication strategy for all HR Programs and Initiatives to key business stakeholders
- Manage internal communications to communicate HR deadlines and initiatives to employees effectively
- Respond to employee inquiries and address any concerns they may have within the Talent Management function
- Partner with COE and edit content for internal HR employee communications
- Partner with Brand Communications to ensure cascade of information to respective audiences
- Manage and support our internal communication system (ServiceNow) to enhance the knowledge base of our employees
- 2+ years of broad HR experience including talent development and communication
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
- Experience supporting organization-wide talent development and communication programs that cover professional development for individual contributors and leaders of people
- Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various employment reports
- Proficiency in e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise, and Learning Management Systems like Cornerstone, to create engaging and effective training modules.
- Excel experience preferred
