Lead Workday Security Analyst

Adalta Global are proud to be supporting our end client in the Retail sector in their search for a Workday Security Lead to join them . This opportunity offers full remote working with the project sponsors working to the CST & EST time zones.

The role:

In this position you'll come into regular contact with a variety of cross-functional colleagues across the HR & Technology departments. You'll take ownership of the full Workday Security product, ensuring that the application security and user access architecture is developed and managed to the expectations of the project sponsors, in this case the VP of Total Rewards and Director of Business Systems. You'll ensure this solution is released in a manner where future scalability is encountered for.

Responsibilities

• Participate in meetings to gather requirements from Workday end-user groups to define and outline Security architectures.
• You'll roadmap, design and execute changes to the user-access management in-line with changing business needs.
• You'll provide regular updates to Project sponsors and stakeholders to determine project progress against expectations.
• You'll provide SME-level knowledge of the WD Security product to end-users, consulting them when needed throughout the process.
• You'll utilize strong organizational skills to project manage the end-to-end process of the build, release and personalization stages of the product

• Base salary between $140,000 - $160,000 dependent on experience

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience on Workday implementations.
• 5+ year career In HCM/ERP systems at Management/Lead level
• 5+ years' Workday experience
• You'll have worked on at least one large-scale Workday implementation project
