We are directly working with the hiring manager and seeking a Lead SAP BW Consultant Contract role to meet the Data & Analytics for our direct client in Pharmaceutical industry.

Duration: Contract (c2c/1099/w2)

Location: New Brunswick, NJ (Hybrid 2-3 days Onsite)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead SAP BW/Data sphere Consultant for direct client in pharmaceutical industry in NJ.

Position Overview: The Lead SAP BW Datasphere will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain processes through advanced data management and analytics. This position requires a deep understanding of SAP Business Warehouse (BW). The successful candidate will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of data solutions that enhance efficiency, visibility, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Management & Integration:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of SAP BW and Data sphere solutions is required
• Ensure seamless integration of data across various SAP modules and external data sources.
• Oversee data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
• Utilize SAP Datasphere to centralize and harmonize data from disparate sources, enabling a unified view of supply chain operations.
• Implement best practices for data governance and security.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in leading the design, development, and maintenance of SAP BW solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration of data across various SAP modules and external data sources.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all SAP BW Datasphere-related matters.
• Work closely with supply chain, finance, and operations teams to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.
• Implement best practices for data governance and security.
• Lead data-related projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully leading data projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
