Nature of Work
As a lead programmer analyst, will monitor processes and teams, while working through a project Software Development Life Cycle. Must have a solid background in systems analysis and design, be able to apply standard programming procedures and knowledge of pertinent functional areas, plus prepare technical system/project documentation. Analyzes business needs, designs, writes, and tests new programs and applications using solid coding skills and the ability to test and troubleshoot applications and software programs. May help in the data cleansing, conversion, and transition activities from one system platform to another. This position is cross-functional and may perform as a team leader on a project basis which entails related project management work as needed. Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills are essential. An irregular work schedule may be required for this position.
Minimum Qualifications
Training: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science or related field including but not limited to business data programming, business systems analysis, computer accounting, computer and information systems, computer servicing technologies, information systems management, data processing, or computer engineering.
OR
An Associate's degree from an accredited college, university or business school in computer science or related field including but not limited to business data programming, business systems analysis, computer accounting, computer and information systems, computer servicing technologies, information systems management, data processing, or computer engineering and eighteen months of full-time or equivalent part-time paid computer programming experience in one or more programming or database languages.
Substitution: Three years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid computer programming experience in one or more programming or database languages may substitute for the required training.
Experience: Four years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience in programming, system design and analysis work with multiple programming or database languages.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience with:
Microsoft, .Net, and SQL Server
Configuring/managing SFTP servers and maintaining certificates
