**Job Summary**

As a Crisis Clinician/Triage Clinician Lead at Compass Health Network, you will play a key role in our integrated team, overseeing the assessment and provision of services to individuals in behavioral health crisis at our Crisis Access Point (CAP). You will lead a team to ensure the smooth flow and referral processes at the CAP.

**Responsibilities**

• Triage individuals at the Crisis Access Point with empathy and efficiency
• Provide behavioral health assessments to prevent unnecessary hospitalization or law enforcement involvement
• Conduct full assessments and agency intake documentation when appropriate
• Evaluate and refer individuals to internal and external services
• Supervise staff at the CAP and collaborate with team members and external partners
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulations
• Provide culturally competent services to meet the diverse needs of our consumers
• Coordinate with community partners to deliver holistic services
  
  

**Supervisory Responsibility**

• Oversee day-to-day operations and tasks of team members
• Conduct performance development and time management
  
  

**Requirements**

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or psychology preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a human services field required
• Relevant licensure or certification as a Qualified Mental Health Professional or Qualified Addiction Professional
• Knowledge of DSM-5 and at least two years of experience as a licensed therapist preferred
