Seeking an organized, detailed oriented, highly motivated individual to work in its Surveying Group. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong communication, project collaboration and teamwork.
Responsibilities Include:
Field work for construction layout, topographic surveys, subdivision development, ALTA Land Title Surveys and roadway projects
Review and follow project scope; maintain clear and accurate field notes and electronic data
Ability to multitask, adhere to timelines and remain focused
Perform physical tasks such as pounding stakes, setting monuments, clearing line, walking through a variety of terrain, carrying equipment, etc.
Qualifications:
Working Knowledge of GPS and Robotic Survey equipment
Understanding of construction layout, topographic and boundary surveys, ALTA Land Title Surveys, and subdivisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work outdoors in a variety of field conditions, temperatures and weather
A valid driver's license
Knowledge of AutoCAD and MicroStation a plus, however not required
High School diploma
1-2 years of related experience
