Ensurelaboratoriesarecompliantwithuniversity,stateandfederalregulatoryrequirementsrelated to safety and quality of laboratory operations as well as professional conduct in assigned areas.
Develop and teach undergraduate laboratories in chemical engineering: prepare laboratories for instruction;developandimprovestandardoperatingprocedures;performroutinemaintenance oflaboratoriesandrelatedequipment;recommendandmakerequisitionfornecessary chemicals, equipment, and materials/supplies.
GeneralcomputerskillsandthecompetencyinusingMSWord,MSExcel,MSPowerPointand specific training and skills in LabVIEW or other control systems software would be a plus.
