L2 Technical Product Support Engineers
- We need 4 people for JPMC, Palo Alto, California location.
- Experience needed from 4 to 8 years (with different price-range based on experience)
- Technical Skills (Mandatory)
- Understanding database schema (data model and tables)
- Experience in SQL (queries & joins)
- Searching in Splunk Logs
- Searching in POD Logs (from Kubernetes microservice deployment)
- Strong Trouble-Shooting Techniques
- Good Analysis-Report-Documentation skills
- Coordination with Engineering, Product Management and Customer Support teams
