Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Kiosk Impressment Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for maintaining all gaming floor impressed devices.

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
• Maintain coin hoppers, BV’s and perform hard balances.
• Ensure all Self-Service Kiosks, ATM’s and Jackpot Kiosks are impressed at all times.
• Perform cassette fills and fill coin hoppers.
• Pull currency from BV’s according to cage policies and procedures.
• Perform hard balances of gaming devices in accordance with cage policy and procedure.
• Promote positive public/employee relations at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
• Safeguard the confidential information of all employee, department and company records.
• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations.
• Ensure prompt and discrete notification to senior management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts and/or internal ethics violations.
• Amicably resolve customer related problems in a fast paced environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One (1) year of related experience.
• Cash handling experience in a high volume environment.
