What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with development teams to design, implement, and maintain automated build and release pipelines
Configure and manage build tools, version control systems, and artifact repositories
Monitor and troubleshoot build and deployment processes to ensure smooth and reliable software releases
Implement and improve CI/CD best practices to enhance development productivity and product quality
Work closely with QA and operations teams to streamline deployment workflows and minimize downtime
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, version control systems (e.g., Git), and build automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar)
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automation tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and self-improvement
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
Knowledge of software testing principles and methodologies
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines is a bonus
Certifications in DevOps or related areas would be advantageous
