Job Details
Job Qualifications
2nd to 4th year Intellectual Property Attorney
Mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, physics or similar background preferred
Experience in sophisticated patent prosecution and freedom to operate/opinion practice
Strong communication and investigational
Experience in prior art research, analyzing patentability and freedom to operate issues, providing other pre-litigation advice, drafting patent applications and handling a prosecution docket.
Experience with medical devices is a plus
