Scope

• Product Launch Operations: Manage the product launches to our website season-by-season, drop-by-drop. Working closely with Merchandising and Visuals, you will create and manage shot lists and product trackers to ensure launches are timely, effective, and product-focused.
• Web Merchandising: You’ll be responsible for the back end loading of assets (images, copy, swatches, product recommendations, ect) as well as the organization of product and product categories to best showcase the brand offering. You are the eagle eyes on the site: ensuring all copy is accurate, PDPs are swatched correctly, cross referencing samples to ensure images are correct, etc.
• Customer Experience/Journey: Ensuring our site is easy to shop and reviewing and implementing new technology pieces to enhance the customer journey (i.e. back in stock functionality, site flow, checkout).
• Email Marketing: Responsible for helping the Senior Associate with the organization, project management and hindsighting performance of the email marketing channel.
• On Site Storytelling: Take the marketing stories ML is standing behind seasonally and make them more prominent throughout the site i.e. through our Homepage, in the Nav, Special Landing Pages or inside collection’s Marketing Contents ect. You will also ensure we’re telling cohesive stories with all ML’s distribution channels (wholesale, & retail).

• 1+ years of professional E-Commerce marketing experience or merchandising experience.
• You are a cross-functional player, excited by collaborating with other teams and cultivating relationships.
• You are comfortable working on a high-performing team that is consistently challenging itself.
• You love being creative and thinking outside the box and are also comfortable with analytical analysis.
• You are tenacious: once you set your mind to something, you achieve it.
