The Junior Administrative Assistance will be instrumental in supporting the team, implementing processes, and providing support to client-facing analysts and engineers.

The Junior Administrative Assistance will be instrumental in supporting the team, implementing processes, and providing support to client-facing analysts and engineers.
This position is located in Crystal City, VA.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the onboarding of all new employees to the contract, which includes:
- facilitation of contract onboarding paperwork
- coordination of Costpoint additions and IT permissions
- development of a standard operating procedure for onboarding paperwork (FAQ, instructions for each form, etc)
- develop and maintain a list/database of all government or external contractor web-based systems & POCs to gain access (e.g. NSERC, MISIL, NEPS, etc…)
- Maintain the contract personnel roster
- Attend leadership/client tag-up meetings and take meeting minutes
- Record and track action items to closure
- Schedule meetings
- Catalog and track all government required training for the personnel roster
- Assist with regular publishing of client Dashboards to NSERC
- Collect, compile, and format inputs for monthly status reports
- Self-starter who is creative, inquisitive and organized and enjoys solving challenging problems in a collaborative environment
- Ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work products at the same time
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
