As a Jr. Marketing Manager at Need Pastel, you will manage music releases on a global level and work closely with artist managers, recording artists, and record labels to ensure campaigns are executed at the highest level of impact and efficiency
• Collaborate with marketing teams, internal project managers, and label teams around the world to create, develop and synchronize global marketing efforts
• Maintain relationships with DSP partners, social platforms, brands, influencer and ad agencies to help grow artists careers
• Manage & oversee campaign deliverables and marketing timelines across multiple projects
• Consistently identify artist needs and ensure approaches and ensure solutions are linked to artist objectives
• Manage teams of creatives, social media managers, and a variety of vendors and third party agencies + contractors
• Create and update all sheets, timelines, quote sheets, and any other project-related documents
• Build rollout plans, track and report campaign performance week on week, and analyze data
• Create and manage marketing budgets
