Facilitator Role: Close partnership to support, advise and extend the ability of all areas of the organization to meet their objectives through implementation of highly effective employment practices in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Reward systems, Performance Management, Health and Wellbeing.
Consultancy Role: Provide expert advice to the organization and it’s managers on any aspect of workforce management and employee relations and performance.
Service Role: Ensure the organization is fully aware of and is equipped to deal with developments impacting employment matters, such as changes in legislation, changes in the characteristics of the labor market.
Description:
Responsible for maintaining a cGMP regulated facility by completing day-to-day janitorial processes in accordance to cGMP and SOP guidelines
Essential Functions:
- Ensure cleanliness of the cGMP facility following the Sanitation SOP.
- Runs assigned equipment including but not limited to vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers/buffers, carpet cleaning equipment and use of ladders to clean floors, windows, display areas, rest rooms, drinking fountains, vents, hallways; remove indoor trash and litter to meet the quality specifications.
- Perform detail cleaning tasks in various area of production floors, laboratories, warehouse, hazardous/non-hazardous chemical room including drum lifting.
- Perform and maintain associated cleaning logbooks.
- Follow written and/or verbal instructions regarding the use of chemicals, supplies and equipment; comply with safety policies and procedures.
Education:
- High School or GED Standard HS Curriculum - Preferred
- 3 years or more in Warehouse and/or office janitorial experience
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English at a level to facilitate the understanding terminology of the job. - Intermediate
- Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal procedures or instructions - Intermediate
- Have basic math skills - Intermediate
- Flexible work schedules - Advanced
