Job Description
Our IT department is looking for a dedicated and service-oriented part-time IT Specialist to help support everyday hotel operations. As an IT specialist, you will play an important role in ensuring hotel systems are working smoothly while using a various IT services, including software and hardware.

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting and evaluating technology issues.
Communicate with internal colleagues to diagnose technical issues
Provide step-by-step instructions to fix technological issues
Provide backup solutions whenever necessary
Provide training sessions for new hardware or software products
Access instruction manuals to help users utilize their software or hardware properly
Keep detailed logs of client problems, solutions, and customer satisfaction
Provide instructions in simple terms
Work with outside vendors to ensure internal and building issues are attended to properly
Work together with Director of IT to find solutions to more complex issues.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Windows Server operating systems
Some experience with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and InTune.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent are a plus.
Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA
