Vesta Healthcare is a specialized medical group focused today on aging adults with long-term home care needs. We help these individuals live happier, healthier lives by partnering with their aides and caregivers, as a key part of the care team. We use a combination of virtual care, home-based and mobile technologies, data integrations and partnerships with home care agencies to make the home an integrated setting of care with patients, and their Caregivers at the center.
Vesta is the Roman name for the goddess of home, hearth and family. She is the caregiver. Often unseen yet greatly revered, she puts others' needs ahead of her own, keeping the hearth warm so the home and family can function. We see Caregivers and recognize the power and potential they embody. More than just assistance, Caregivers are eyes, ears and hands in the home. Caregivers play the role of Doctor, Nurse, Pharmacist, EMT and more, but without support or guidance. That is where Vesta Healthcare comes in. Our program provides Caregivers with a personalized clinical team in their pocket. Our team links Caregivers to the people they care for and the other providers involved in their care. It's an insurance covered benefit, so it's available to most adults with Caregivers free of charge to them.

The ideal teammate would be…
An IT Specialist who's passionate about working closely with a team of engineers, clinicians, and care managers who are changing the way we age at home. Someone who is able to support our information assets and operations, enterprise software, implementations, and provide IT support. Capable of helping fix both individual and company-wide tech issues with a smile on their face. Being an individual contributor, this person won't be afraid to roll up their sleeves and dig in.
THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE FOR SOMEONE BASED IN THE DALLAS/FORT WORTH, TX AREA WITH WEEKLY TRAVEL TO/FROM FRISCO, TX FOR EQUIPMENT PICKUP AND DROPOFF. (EST 1 TO 3 TIMES PER WEEK)
The ideal teammate would be able to:
Document and manage inventory and configuration of PCs/Macs for new employees, on-boardings and off-boarding
Manage the supply chain for mobile devices deployed to clients, including, configuration, deployment, and reclamation
Provision enterprise software licensing, deployment, and documentation of applications including, but not limited to:
Enterprise infrastructure - Google Workspace
Zoom
Salesforce
Microsoft Office 365
MDM - JAMF / Kaseya / Hexnode
VOIP - RingCentral
Provide excellent support to our end users and document solutions
Assist management with security related deployments and audits
Would you describe yourself as someone who has:
The ability to work from home and lives in the Dallas/Fort Worth area (required)
The ability to travel to Frisco, TX to pick up and drop off equipment. Currently estimated at 1 to 3 times per week based on equipment needs (required)
A minimum 3 years experience supporting IT systems and networks (required)
Experience working with Macs AND PC's (required)
Experience working in a regulated healthcare environment/full understanding of HIPAA requirements (preferred)
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Strong customer focus and a sense of urgency
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize several tasks simultaneously
