Title: IT Support Analyst
Location: High Point, NC (Onsite)
Duration: 3-month contract
Pay Rate: 20-25/hr
Description:
The IT Support Analyst will support IT related issues through Zendesk. They will be responsible for resolving tickets through ticketing system or phone by conferring with users to resolve problems related to software and hardware functions. This end user support agent will be supporting a variety of devices such as computer systems and mobile phones. They must have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Required Skills:
o Proven experience as an IT user support agent or other customer support role
o Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products and remote control
o Familiarity with Ticketing systems (prefer Zendesk)
o Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
o Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
o Detail oriented to ensure detailed notes on tickets
o Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills
o Understanding of information security principals & industry best-practices
o Familiarity with InfoSec regulations, incl. HIPAA/HITECH, CJIS, PCI
o Strong written and oral communication skills
o Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
o Valid North Carolina Driver's License
