Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of IT services to clients, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and surpassing client expectations.
- Develop and execute service delivery strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Guide and manage a team of IT professionals, offering coaching and performance management as required.
- Foster collaboration with internal teams (IT support, operations, project management) for seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
- Identify areas for service delivery process enhancement and implement solutions to boost overall performance and client satisfaction.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate IT service performance and pinpoint improvement opportunities.
- Cultivate relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to uphold contractual agreements and quality standards.
- Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, escalations, and feedback concerning IT service delivery.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on service delivery performance, highlighting trends, issues, and improvement recommendations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to IT service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
- Proficient in IT service management frameworks like ITIL, with hands-on experience in implementing ITIL best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, capable of effectively managing and motivating teams to achieve objectives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at professional interaction with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing service delivery strategies and processes.
- Analytical mindset, able to analyze data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, adept at swiftly diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies.
