Position Overview:
As a 360-Recruitment Consultant, you will be instrumental in managing the entire recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, sourcing and identifying top talent, and overseeing the recruitment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Source and identify high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions
Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and placement
Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates
Meet and exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a 360-Recruitment Consultant in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Familiarity with the North Carolina job market and industries is a plus
1-2 years of experience in Business Development or B2B sales
