Overview

The IT Applications Manager, WMS is responsible for supporting, coordinating, and actively participating in system projects and solution support for applications used within the Crocs Inc. network of Distribution Centers. The primary focus is on Manhattan Warehouse Management (WMOS18), however other existing DC applications may fall under this position as needed. This role is an experienced systems resource who is familiar with distribution center processes and how they translate into IT applications and will work with multiple departments to identify areas for process or system improvement. The location preference for this role is Broomfield, CO or Las Vegas, NV.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain an unparalleled understanding and expertise on system functional flow at the Distribution Centers.
  • Assist with regional business process design and configuration of WM or related DC Systems Applications.
  • Partner with global peers to establish and maintain best practices across DC System support teams.
  • Establish good working relationships with DC Operations Management and Cross-Functional Corporate Business Teams. Work cross-functionally to implement system and process improvements to advance business objectives.
  • Facilitate the process of and assist with configuring, building, or enhancing DC Systems to support internal business functions.
  • Review and consult on business processes and design problems and make strategic recommendations for process improvement.
  • Facilitate regional reviews of functional specifications and serve as a resource for operations, creating requirement documents and communicating tough concepts simply and clearly to provide guidance in complex situations.
  • Support regional teams in resolving roadblocks and interdependencies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, providing transparent status reporting for team initiatives.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
  • Minimum 8 years working with Warehouse Management Software (Manhattan Associates WMOS preferred)
  • Ability to quickly learn new software applications and become a resident expert on the functionality used by HEYDUDE OHDC.
  • Strong decision-making skills used to determine different priority levels for reported incidents, as well as the ability to prioritize amongst multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate the status of an incident to various audiences, technical and non-technical.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and administrative skills to excel at coordinating multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and flexibility to adapt to change.
  • Ability to anticipate project roadblocks and have mitigation plans in hand.
  • Strong analytical and product management skills are required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them to application and operational requirements.
  • Experience in successfully leading team members, either direct or non-direct reports.
  • Ability and flexibility to travel to Distribution Centers (including international) 25% of the time

Salary or Pay Range: $120,000 - $130,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
