Job Overview – Investment Banking Associate

The Investment Banking Associate role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior bankers, engaging primarily in executing merger and acquisition transactions. Ideal candidates will bring previous experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction services, or related fields.

Compensation: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 + bonus

Location: Montgomery County, PA – On-Site

Responsibilities of the Investment Banking Associate include:

• Client Due Diligence and CIM Preparation: Lead client due diligence and prepare Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs).
• Financial Data Analysis: Analyze and organize client financial data.
• Coordination with Deal Team: Coordinate with deal team members across the firm.
• Transaction Logistics Management: Manage transaction logistics and achieve transaction milestones.
• Industry and Company Research: Conduct industry and company research.

Qualifications of the Investment Banking Associate include:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years in investment banking, private equity, or transaction services.
• Quantitative Skills: Strong quantitative skills, including financial modeling and analysis.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organization, communication, and research abilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Personal Attributes: Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Location Connection: Must have connections to the Greater Philadelphia Area.
