Responsibilities
Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis including company valuations, financial modeling, and industry benchmarking to support transaction execution and decision-making processes.
Transaction Execution: Assist in the execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, initial public offerings (IPOs), debt and equity financings, and other strategic advisory assignments.
Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential transactions, including financial, legal, and market research, to identify risks and opportunities for our clients.
Market Research: Stay abreast of market trends, industry dynamics, and regulatory developments to provide insights and recommendations to clients and senior team members.
Presentation Preparation: Prepare pitch books, marketing materials, and presentations for client meetings, showcasing our firm's capabilities and expertise in investment banking services.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing high-quality support and contributing to the development of long-term partnerships.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with senior bankers, associates, and other team members to deliver integrated solutions and superior service to our clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field required. MBA or relevant post-graduate degree preferred.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated teamwork and leadership abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Prior internship or work experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
